What kinds of Knoxville events book us?
Country clubs. Cherokee Country Club booked us for a Friday evening in October 2026, and we played from 5 to 8 PM. Our country club page shows how we run a club evening.
Breweries. Schulz Bräu Brewing Company booked us for a Friday afternoon in September 2025, from 3:30 to 6:30 PM. See how we run a taproom show on our brewery Oktoberfest page.
Community associations. Lone Mountain Shores in New Tazewell booked us for a Friday evening in October 2025, from 6 to 9 PM.

What do you get with a three-piece band?
You get three players. Diane Fields plays keys and sings. Mike Fields plays drums and runs the sound. Adam Bennett plays clarinet and sax and sings. All three of us play every show. Our sets mix polkas, waltzes, sing-alongs and American rock, and Ein Prosit, the German toast song, comes around in every set. The waltzes give couples a reason to dance at a club evening. Crowd favorites include Edelweiss, Country Roads, Sweet Caroline and Roll Out the Barrel. Each hour has at least 45 minutes of music and a 15-minute break.
Every show has the Chicken Dance. Günther von Cluckenstein, our 8-foot inflatable chicken, joins some shows. Read about him on our Chicken Dance page.
What does a Knoxville venue need?
We bring our own sound system, and Mike runs it. We add lighting when the event needs it. We need two outlets on one 20-amp circuit. We arrive about 2 hours before the start to load in, and load-out takes about 45 minutes. Three players fit a clubhouse room, a tent or a stage. For an outdoor event, plan a covered or indoor backup spot in case of rain.

- Hold your date. Return the signed contract and the deposit within 7 days. We confirm the date when both arrive.
